Bounce Back Programme (“Bounce Back”, “we”, “us”) is run by Cunliffe Associates, with registered address at Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU.

We are responsible for the personal data you share with us. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, email luke@cunliffeassociates.com.

What we collect

  • When you take the Redundancy Readiness Scorecard: your name, work email, company name, job title, and your answers to the scorecard questions.

  • When you contact us or book a call: your name, email address, phone number (if given), and anything you include in your message.

  • When you visit our website: basic technical information, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, collected through cookies (see “Cookies” below).

How and why we use it

  • To send you your scorecard results and report. We do this because you asked us to (contract, or steps taken at your request).

  • To reply to your enquiry or arrange a call. We do this at your request.

  • To send you practical emails about redundancy support and Bounce Back’s services. We email business contacts on the basis of our legitimate interest in sharing relevant support with employers. Where the law requires your consent, we only email you if you have given it. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

  • To improve our website and services. We do this in our legitimate interests.

We never sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our business. They process your data only on our instructions:

  • ScoreApp: runs our scorecard

  • Zapier: connects our tools

  • Kajabi: sends our emails

  • Squarespace: hosts our website and contact form

Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the US. Where your data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US data bridge.

How long we keep it

We keep scorecard and contact information for as long as it is useful for the purposes above. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address only on a suppression list, so we don’t contact you again.

You have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you

  • ask us to correct or delete it

  • object to, or restrict, how we use it
